Payment Options

- NCA accepts tuition in full or payments through FACTS Tuition Management Company. The payment options are as follows:

- Option 1 – Full payment of tuition by August 1 receives a $150 discount on tuition. This is payable directly to NCA. Payments received after this date do not receive the discount.
- Option 2 – Ten or twelve monthly payments drafted by FACTS on the 5th or 20th. If the 12- month option is used, drafts must begin in June.
Fees (excluding the Registration Fee and Technology Fee) may be rolled into the FACTS drafts; BUT they must begin in June or July.
Tuition Support
It is the desire of NCA that Christian education be available to all families, regardless of their socio-economic status. NCA partners with FACTS Management Company to determine families in need of Tuition Support. Families submit an application to FACTS for review. As a third-party agency, FACTS advises NCA of those families who qualify for financial support. Tuition Support is offered for the upcoming school year as a reduction of tuition, based on availability, and awarded to returning families first. After February 1, any available tuition support will be offered to new families. Any outside grants, scholarships or resources will be considered in determining the qualification for Tuition Support. In order to apply for Tuition Support, please log in your FACTS account anytime after January 1 and select the Financial Aid & Grant option.
